Wagyu Canada - Marbled Beef from Japanese Wagyu / Kobe cattle

Patrick and Kimberley McCarthy owners of WAGYU CANADA INC. proudly provide high quality marbled beef from Japanese wagyu / kobe cattle, crossed with the best of Canadian domestic Angus cattle, to supply the consumer with an outstanding, enjoyable beef eating experience. WAGYU beef is produced from cattle on ranches with an abundance of fresh water to drink, clean air to breathe, and healthy environment. We have designed a special feeding program to resemble Japanese style feeding. Selected natural feed ingredients are oats, barley, beet pulp, alfalfa pellets, supplement, barley, corn, straw, silage, salt, minerals, and fresh water. Vitamin E has been added to the ration to enhance shelf life and appearance. These cattle are raised free of additional hormones, and receive no antibiotics. This ensures only the highest quality of beef.
